Terms of Service
Anchor Grids eligibility, trading risk, subscriptions, cancellation, and service credits.
Effective October 7, 2026
Operator, eligibility, and support
Anchor Grids is operated by Joshua Norman, an individual based in Utah, USA, under the Normal Man Labs brand. Contact support@normalmanlabs.com for support or billing issues.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Anchor Grids. You are responsible for maintaining an eligible exchange account and complying with applicable law and the exchange’s account, location, and trading restrictions. Anchor Grids does not change those requirements.
Service and trading risk
Anchor Grids provides hosted bots, paper trading with simulated funds, and live trading through its supported Binance US integration. You are responsible for your account, credentials, bot choices, and allocation confirmations.
Live bots trade real funds and can lose money. Market movements, fees, execution differences, outages, and exchange restrictions can affect results. Hosting and automation do not guarantee returns. Paper results do not establish future live performance. Anchor Grids does not reimburse trading losses under its voluntary service-credit policy, including losses associated with a software problem.
Keep Withdrawals disabled on exchange API credentials. The current integration uses Read and Spot Trading permissions. Never send API secrets in support email.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Current prices, slot capacities, billing intervals, and beta fee terms are shown on the official plans page at https://anchorgrids.com/plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Additional-slot subscriptions may renew separately.
Each slot holds one saved bot, including a stopped bot. Deleting a bot frees its slot but does not cancel a subscription. Manage renewal through Profile → Billing. Paid slots remain available through their paid-through dates, subject to the access and expiry rules described on the plans page. Cancelling renewal does not delete your account or service history.
No performance fees are currently charged or accrued under the beta terms. A future fee based on realized trading gains is planned. Its rate, calculation rules, and start date will be announced before activation and will apply only to subsequent trading. Changes to existing subscription prices will be communicated before taking effect.
Refunds and service credits
Annual bot fees and monthly paper-trading subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Trading losses and exchange fees are not reimbursed under this voluntary policy.
For a verified problem caused by Anchor Grids’ own code, report the issue to support@normalmanlabs.com within 30 days after discovering it:
- For an affected paper subscription, we will provide one additional month of paper service without an additional subscription charge.
- For an affected live service, we may offer additional service or waive Anchor Grids’ own fees for a stated period, depending on the effect on the service. No fixed live-credit duration is promised.
A waiver of future Anchor Grids performance fees applies only if those fees would otherwise be payable. It does not waive exchange fees or third-party charges. Issues caused solely by an exchange, Stripe, Google, or another third-party provider do not qualify under this voluntary service-credit policy.
Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. The standard reporting window does not shorten rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Availability and account closure
The service may experience interruptions, maintenance, or software defects. Review your bots and exchange account rather than assuming uninterrupted execution.
To request account deletion, email support@normalmanlabs.com. Verified requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Account closure does not liquidate exchange holdings or delete records controlled by third-party providers.
Changes
The published Terms will identify their effective date. Material changes to subscription prices or performance fees will be communicated before taking effect as described above.
