Operator and contact

Anchor Grids is operated by Joshua Norman, an individual based in Utah, USA, under the Normal Man Labs brand. Contact support@normalmanlabs.com for support, privacy questions, or account-deletion requests.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service:

• Account information, including your email address, Google sign-in identifier, account role, and sign-in records.
• Saved bot settings, paper wallet inputs, trading history, bot state, and operational records.
• Exchange API credentials and account/trading information when you connect Binance US. The application stores API credentials in encrypted form.
• Billing customer and subscription identifiers, invoice information, and payment/access status. Stripe handles checkout and payment processing.
• Session cookies used for authentication, request security, and remembering a SaaSHub referral through sign-up within the same browser session. For a new account created after that referral, we store only the source label and UTC sign-up date with the account. We do not store the full referring URL for this measurement. Infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.

We do not sell personal information or use customer data for advertising. We use the limited referral information described above only to count new SaaSHub sign-ups in internal aggregate reports; we do not send this account-linked information to SaaSHub or an external analytics service. Collecting the information needed to provide the service is distinct from collecting unrelated personal information.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to authenticate accounts, run and display bots, process subscriptions, handle support, investigate problems, protect the service, and improve bot operation.

The service uses Google for sign-in, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for website delivery, protection, and support-email routing, and Binance US for connected exchange functionality. Backblaze B2 stores recovery backups. Tailscale supports administrative access. Operational notifications use ntfy and may include bot identifiers and trading symbols. Support email is forwarded to a Gmail mailbox. These providers process information under their own policies. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and service records while needed to provide the service. The source label and sign-up date are retained with the account and removed from active systems when the account is deleted. Necessary billing, tax, security, and dispute records may be retained after account closure for their applicable business or legal purposes.

To request deletion, email support@normalmanlabs.com from your account email address. We may verify that you control the account before acting. We will handle verified requests within 30 days, stopping hosted bots, cancelling subscription renewals, removing stored exchange credentials, and deleting customer-linked account and trading history from active systems, except records that must be retained for the purposes described above.

Deleting an Anchor Grids account does not delete records held independently by Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, or Binance US. Removing stored exchange credentials is not the same as revoking an API key at the exchange. Account deletion does not sell or withdraw your exchange holdings.

Backup copies may remain for disaster recovery after data is removed from active systems. We do not remove individual account records immediately from every backup. Backup access is restricted, and completed account deletions must be reapplied before restored data is returned to service. Backup retention follows a separate recovery schedule rather than the 30-day active-account deletion deadline. Genuinely anonymized, aggregated bot-performance statistics that cannot identify a customer may be retained to improve the bots. Merely removing a name or replacing an account ID does not make detailed customer records anonymous.

Adult-only service

Anchor Grids is intended for users aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to the service, contact support@normalmanlabs.com so we can investigate and address it.

Updates

We may update this notice as the service changes. The published page will identify its effective date.
